Hi, I’m Mel!

I am the founder, owner and operator of Boulevard Early Learning Centre. I am a motivated entrepreneur with a decade of experience in high quality early learning environments. Now a mother of two young boys, I realized the need for high quality childcare in St. Stephen, NB.

Upon moving home to the area with my family to pursue real estate investment opportunities, it was immediately evident that there were not enough licensed childcare spaces available in the area, especially for children under 24 months of age. After waiting for a space for my children for several months (and having my ability to work be directly impacted as a result), my dream of opening a high quality licensed childcare facility was put into motion.

I believe that a void in childcare availability should never be a determining factor in a parent’s ability to work. It is my hope that Boulevard Early Learning Centre strikes a chord with our local young families in the downtown area seeking high quality, modern and flexible childcare solutions.
